OSC via USB connexion

dub Dec 05, 2015 04:47PM CET

Hi,

Having a connexion via USB-cable (and not wifi) is essential if you want to have a reliable connexion when using Lemur on stage. This is a must-have for a professional user of Lemur.

So I have 2 questions :
1- Does Liine have any plan in the near future to implement this OSC via USB connexion ?
2- I could use Midimux for example to have OSC via USB. But, as I use more than one iPad in my configuration, I have to create 3 USB connexions with a different listening port on each iPad (for example one on port 8000, one on port 8021, and one on port 8022). So I get stuck by the fact that Lemur only listen to Port 8000, and that changing the listening port on the Lemur app is currently impossible. Is there any plan in the near future to let the user choose the listening port on the Lemur app ?

Thank you

The answer to both questions is that they are planned features, but I can't give you an exact timeline of when it might be implemented, let alone released.
