Ad-hoc made(Win7)... Now what?

ofoot Sep 09, 2016 12:47AM CEST

Ahoy there! (not the most technically inclined b

So I have managed to set up an ad-hoc network. As far as the videos that Liine has posted go, I need to have a "searching" status between network and my computer(I think its a yellow caution icon). Mine is just an "x" between my comp and the internet, with no network seen to connect to. The status of the network is "waiting for users".

My tablet does not recognize the network, even if I force it to connect to the name of the lemur network. Something to do with the advanced settings maybe?

Oh and to make matters even better, Daemon won't run... Do I need to establish app connection first? I'd like to get this to run over USB eventually.

Anyhow. Thank you in advance!

We highly recommend using http://Connectify.me to manage ad-hoc connections.

You can also forego ad-hoc altogether and just connect through your regular wi-fi router
