Hi,

Try a normal troublehsooting approach. Simply the setup just to see if you can get OSC messages from the iPhone to the computer. You can use something like OSCTestApp to monitor OSC traffic:
https://code.google.com/p/vvopensource/downloads/detail?name=OSCTestApp_0.2.3.zip&can=2&q=

Then try to send an OSC message from the iPad to the computer.

Then try the opposite, sending an OSC message from the computer to one of the iOS devices, but not with an On OSC script, just a regular object and automatically generated OSC Address on the iPad.

Once you have that working, then try with an On OSC script.

A quick search reveals many such utilities on windows, for example:
https://code.google.com/p/osc-tools/

You could also use MaxMSP or any other general purpose toolkit to monitor OSC traffic.
