I was hoping that the "lock" option on a container would also prevent the container itself from being accidentally deleted, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Is there another way to prevent a container from being deleted without needing to lock all of its siblings (which would happen if I locked the parent container)? Or if not, can one be added at some point, or the lock behavior changed to also prevent deletion of the locked object without first unlocking it?
I ask because I had been editing a popover style of container which is hidden except when a certain sibling control is clicked, and then went back to editing other controls in the parent container of that popover (i.e., siblings of the popover container), and somehow deleting a group of those other controls via dragging a selection around them apparently also selected the hidden and invisible popover container, which when then accidentally deleted also (along with scripts inside it that I'd spent quite a bit of time coding).
