Modifying user variable value

Grizix May 12, 2018 02:46PM CEST

Whenever I change the value of a user variable, Lemur sends strange OSC messagesĀ :
args: [ { type: 'i', value: 357744592 } ]
It happens if I change the value from an internal script or from an external OSC message, but it seems to happen only if the variable previously got a value written inside the editor.

Another thing I don't understand, if I give a value to a variable inside the editor, it's no longer a variable but a constant, because if I try to change its value, it automatically reverts back to the value entered in the editor.
So, if I just want to give my variables initial values, I must set them in an onLoad script rather than in their '=' textBox in the editorĀ ?
