Validate Registration .... No Response

How on earth do I get to validate my registration?
I have not received an email either confirmation or with a link to validate and you are not responding to my messages.
It's pretty poor service when you cannot even download the user manual after paying out for the software, I would just like to get on with using the software I have purchased.
