Lemur, as good on iPad 1st gen as on current iPad Air?

Druid Jul 08, 2014 07:24PM CEST

Hay all :-)

I recently had my iPad Air stolen and do not have the funds to purchase another so i'm looking at alternatives to which the 1st gen iPad is real cheap :-)

My question then is how well does Lemur run on the 1st gen iPad?

I found this post:-
http://support.liine.net/customer/portal/questions/1280322-lemur-on-ipad-1st-gen-

Which states thats its fine cept the frame rate is slower, is it just the frame rate or is it also the speed at which the signal(touch to my iMac comp recognising it) also slower?

Has anyone got any other info on differences too? I know the resolution is less but im hoping that isnt going to be too much of a problem?

Thx for ya time everyone! :-)

It depends on what templates you plan on using. Simple templates will run fine on iPad 1. Complex templates, especially if they use Canvas or Sequencer objects, will suffer on the iPad 1 because of the old CPU.
